I am 40 years old and married to my High School sweetheart Richard, we have two gorgeous daughters, Abigail (aged 13) and Emma (age 7), and we live in Howick Auckland. We are originally from South Africa and immigrated to New Zealand in February 2000, and have never looked back, we absolutely love New Zealand, the people, the weather (although winter is pretty YUCKY) but on the whole it is a FABULOUS place to raise your family.

I love the bright / bold colours mixed in with Black & White - that is my absolute favourite to work with, a lot of people find it really difficult to scrap with black & white but i always say - anything goes with those two colours and it alwayslooks good because it is sooo striking.  I have found since doing the "Stars in your eye's competition" that I also like to dabble in a bit of a heritage/shabby chic style, with crunching and layering pp's and adding different elements/embellishments to the page. 

My main subjects which I scrap are my two daughters, our holidays as well as Abigail's photo's - she is wanting to be a photographer when she gets olderand photographs alot of abstract images / things. 

My favourite scrapping goodies are from Basic Grey - absolutely love their ranges, Heidi Swapp, Little Yellow Bicycle. 

I am really honoured to be part of the Design Team at Scrappin Patch, and I hope that I can inspire the ladies on the forum to scrap up a storm, I love challenges so will be setting of few of these, and just wanted to thank you
to Adrienne & Pauline for offering this position to me.
