Mission Statement
All the products that we stock are acid and lignin free and of archival quality. We aim to provide fast and efficient service and a wide variety of supplies.

Please note that the product images listed on this site may not represent the true colour of the actual product as colours are displayed differently dependent on your monitor and computer settings.
Rewards System
All customers automatically receive points when making a purchase on our site or instore, but each customer can choose whether to redeem the points. Instore and online points are currently not interchangeable i.e. you can only use your online points for online purchases.
You receive 1 point for every $1.00, or part thereof, one point = .10c or part thereof in proportion to the $ amount you spend. e.g. you will receive .08cent for an .80c spend. If you spend $25.30 you will receive 26 points but the $ value of the points will be $2.53. One point = .10c or part thereof in proportion to the $ amount you spend.
Each product has the points value included in it's description - you need to 'open' the product to view this.
Points earned are pending until we 'approve' them so you won't see them in your account immediately. We will be approving points once per day.
You can view your Points Account in your account on our shop site.
Points can be used to purchase, just follow the instructions on the site.
A maximum of 500 points can be used to pay for any one purchase
Each point is valid for 12 months from the date it was received.
If you cancel an order the points earned from that order will be deducted from your points balance.
Points are not awarded for shipping costs.
Prices and GST
All prices are in NZ dollars and GST inclusive and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods
We accept credit card and internet banking. Goods will be mailed once payments have cleared in our account. Please ensure payment is received by us within five working days of your order being placed or the order will be cancelled and items returned to stock. Any orders placed on weekends and Public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Postage and Handling
All orders are processed upon receipt and shipped within 24 hours, subject to funds being received and cleared in our account.
We ship anywhere within New Zealand via Courier Post's overnight service (this may take two days for RD addresses).
All orders, including paper and cardstock, will freight for $6.00. Orders $60.00 and over will ship for free (RD addresses please read information below.)
Mailing to rural delivery addresses incurs an extra courier fee therefore if your mailing address is a rural delivery you will need to pay this charge. If your order is over $80.00 your shipping will be free.
We are not able to courier to PO Box addresses.
Where your order can fit into a $1.50 or $0.50c envelope we are happy to mail it that way upon your request and at your own risk - the item must meet the measurement requirements of NZ Post www.nzpost.co.nz. Please enter your request in the Comments section of your order and we will confirm the total you need to pay. Please note that we will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged when sent this way.

The utmost care is taken when packing your order. All are packed well so that it gets to you safely. If you order paper your goods will be shipped in a 12inch x 12inch cardboard box. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Our goal is to ship your order complete but sometimes this may not be possible. We make every effort to ensure stock quantities are kept up to date on the website however sometimes stock numbers are incorrect due to sales instore. In the event we are unable to supply an item you will be informed of the new total to pay or refunded the relevant amount if you have already paid.
Pre Orders
All items that are pre-ordered (before we have received stock) will incur a freight charge as per the rates above. If Preorder items are ordered as part of an order which includes current stock, and the order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping only applies if the entire order is sent together. This may mean a delay in shipping, the length of time will be dependent on when the preordered items are due in stock. If the order is sent in two shipments the customer will be charged a shipping fee for the extra parcel.
Backorders
We are not able to cater for backorders unless stock is due to arrive with a few days of when your order is placed. Should this apply to your order we will ship your goods once all items are in stock. If you would like your order shipped in two parts, the instock items and then the backorders, this will incur an extra courier fee. You may email us to inquire about availability of particular items and we will let you know when and if they are expected to be restocked.
Pick-ups
Pick-ups are welcome from our store. Opening hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9.00 am - 5.00pm, and Saturday 9.00 am - 3.00 pm.
Returns Policy
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving shipment and returned with original packaging. Refunds will not be given for change of mind, however we will happily exchange an item for you. Please note that all shipping costs related to a return will be your responsibility. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Please call or email for authorisation. Goods must be returned undamaged in original packaging.
